Bonnie was very communicative via text, email and calling from day one. She suggested a couple of small things to make townhome show better and took care of them with us living states away. When a buyer was interested we were on vacation there were several calls and emails, to get inspection and follow up with plumber and air to get items fixed. We thought we were getting a realtor but gained a friend. Thanks for expertise!
