Lindsey was absolutely amazing! Very honest about the properties and the area. As first time home buyers that didn’t even live in the area she went out of her way to make us feel like we were actually at the properties. Recorded videos of the area we would drive threw before arriving to the house. Recorded videos of the house so we can have a better understand of the layout. She was always available to answer any questions we had. She genuinely wanted us our forever home. Thank you so much for everything!

We were frustrated with the agent we had been working with (limited availability, disengaged, and disregarding our needs/price point). I mentioned this to our lender, they offered to send our info to an agent they previously had a good experience. Spoke with Terri shortly thereafter wow, such a different experience. So began an amazing real estate experience and friendship. We were out of state, always coming into town at unusual times with a short window to look at properties. Terri and Ray worked around our schedule to accommodate, they took the time to get to know us and understand our needs, likes, and dislikes. They offered guidance, support, and made us feel like family, not just people they were helping to buy a house. We made an offer on a property that became a challenging 8-month journey. Their dedication and patience were unparalleled. Ultimately the property did not work out and we had to find another. Terri and Ray continued their exceptional service and helped us find a great home that worked perfectly for our family. Once our FL home purchase was complete, it was time to sell our out of state home. They made a recommendation for a local realtor that helped us sell that home - that experience turned out fabulous as well. We are so grateful to have had the opportunity to work and get to know Terri and Ray!

Our association with Kevin was a 10+. We interviewed 5 agents before selecting Kevin, and he stood out as the leader among them. He levelled with us on subjects but took our opinions into consideration, then told us how the issue would be handled. He handled all details for us (which was extremely good for us given that we are in our 80's) and ensured that we were not blindsided by anything. We felt that Kevin kept us up to date on all details regarding the sale and any issues surrounding same. We really liked Kevin's responsiveness when there was a question. He is extremely responsive.
