We had been casually looking in the area for a few years until we saw this house and fell in love. We came from Miami immediately and loved it even more in person. Jessica was the seller's agent but agreed to represent us as well and we feel she did an excellent job keeping all parties happy and ultimately getting us into this beautiful home, even taking care of inspections and everything. We are so happy.

Briefly said, I will recommend Una to my own children when they're (finally) ready to buy their first homes! She walked us through the process completely and in such a non-pushy way - providing not just recommendations but options and ensuring we understood what we were getting into at each decision point. Finally I'm so grateful for her going above and beyond to completely take care of some last second issues uncovered by the closing day final walkthrough - way to go Una in knowing the process, pushing for our needs, and customer satisfaction!
