Her previous background remodeling properties made her even more of an asset when looking at properties as she was able to pint point faults and possible cost if we wanted to invest in redoing a space in the properties of interests. She was very professional and also returned all of our calls in a prompt manner. Her negotiation skills were also very impressive and we walked away with the property we wanted for more than a reasonable price.
