This was far from an easy transaction. Debbie handled me and the situation with such care and professionalism. We had a couple of hiccups along the way, absolutely no fault of hers. She guided me and made sure I was comfortable at every stage. Not once did she make me feel bad for some of the "special" questions I would ask. Colleen was absolutely amazing. She was patient as we looked at 40+ homes. She kept a positive attitude throughout the entire process making herself readily available at a moments notice. Once our FL home purchase was complete, it was time to sell our out of state home. They made a recommendation for a local realtor that helped us sell that home - that experience turned out fabulous as well. I contacted Carrie Sue Shawfield after I reviewed several internet ads by agents in New Smyrna Beach, FL. I met her and her associate at a home on the beach. My impression is that she is extremely knowledgeable about everything concerning real estate in this market. I am very pleased with the services she has provided. She is extremely intelligent and knows how to make all the rules, regulations and laws work for her client. I would recommend her to anyone I know concerning real estate.
