From the moment I signed with Martie it was apparent she was going to do the best job for me and she did! Her attention to detail and keeping me informed was amazing. Martie always took my calls or got back to me as soon as possible and that is so important when selling a house. She convinced me from the get go that she would and could sell my home in a timely manner which is exactly what she did. She was with me every step of the way. She is a very knowledgeable realtor and has many years of experience. She is a sincere and dedicated and a delightful person to know. I recommend Martie to anyone wanting to sell their home. She will get the job done. Thank you Martie, you are appreciated!

Working with Martie was an absolute pleasure and she went above and beyond the normal process to help sell our condo. She kept us up-to-date at every phase of the transaction and helped coordinate a cleaning and moving company since we are based in Michigan. I would highly recommend using Martie Mitchell as your realtor to sell your home.

Home sold in 2 days while in competition with a similar unit. Martie followed the transaction through to closing while navigating her daughter’s wedding! No small task! Highly recommend Martie and her company!
