Tina did an outstanding job promoting and ultimately selling our Villa at 1251 Jonesville Terrace and our home at 1973 Dipper Loop. She gives guidance, recommendations and follows up on a timely basis. I would use her again and highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell.

Very responsive- answered all questions thoroughly and when she needed to check out her answer she researched quickly and got back to me the same day. She knows what you’re looking for and doesn’t waste your time looking at houses that don’t fit your criteria. She has a good eye for detail and won’t steer you wrong. I highly recommend Tina!

Tina is very knowledgeable on The Villages Marketplace and advising on good investment properties. She is very accessible and answers questions in an immediate fashion. We feel Tina is always working hard on behalf of her clients (us in this case). Tina was recommended to us by friends, and we will definitely recommend her to others. We can not say enough good things about working with Tina. It is always a pleasure.
