I contacted Carrie Sue Shawfield after I reviewed several internet ads by agents in New Smyrna Beach, FL. I met her and her associate at a home on the beach. My impression is that she is extremely knowledgeable about everything concerning real estate in this market. I am very pleased with the services she has provided. She is extremely intelligent and knows how to make all the rules, regulations and laws work for her client. I would recommend her to anyone I know concerning real estate. I plan to include in my will that she sells this house after I die. Aaron Royer

Christine was an excellent agent who went above and beyond what was required of most agents. She communicated with us frequently concerning what was happening with our home. We could not have asked for a better selling experience thanks to her. Would definitely use her again if needed.

Rocio She was extremely professional and competent. Always looking for the best for our family. Excellent service from the beginning of looking for houses until closing day . I highly recommend her . Best best Realtor !!!!!!

The level of knowledge and effort provided me by Pat was beyond anything I could have ever asked for, or even thought that I needed. Pat knows the ins and outs of the business and will go out of her way to make sure her clients get the best treatment, the best house, and the best price and mortgage rate from lenders and builders. She was an incredible pleasure to work with and I have since been referring any and all friends to contact her for their home buying needs.

Whether you are buying or selling a property, Bogy should be your agent!!
