Stefanie is so great at what she does. Not only is she professional and very knowledgeable of the real estate market but she is reliable - always just a phone call away for any questions or concerns. I was previously listed with a different realtor for six months (!) and my house just sat with no effort and no movement. It was quite discouraging to say the least. As soon as I signed with Stefanie, everything changed and things happened quickly. My house sold and then closed within a month! I couldn’t be happier with everything Stefanie did . . she was fantastic from beginning to end. She kept in constant communication with me throughout the entire process . . always keeping me aware of what was happening. But what really made a difference for me is that she’s incredibly kind & understanding of all the ups and downs associated with the process of selling my home. I cannot say enough about Stefanie - she turned a difficult situation into a positive experience with quick results!!
