The Rizzi team is a very professional group. I have been dealing with realtors for years and Kenny James and Angela Rizzi have been the best ones yet. A house that I've had on the market for over two years they sold in a matter of days. From the moment I met Kenny, let him know about my property, he began working on a strategy. He did not just put a sign in the yard, like most realtors and hope for the best but with the knowledge of his team they sold my property in a matter of days. He runs his real estate business with a real business strategy that I've never seen anyone else do before. Jen was recommended to us by a friend and she was an Angel in the process of selling our house. She was extremely knowledgeable (as first time sellers we had so many questions) and she was really there for us. Everything was done so well and quickly, from the professional pictures and videos to the listing. Our house was basically sold in less than 24 hours, which was really mind blowing. She guided us through the contract and closing and her attention to details was second to none.
