About Kimberly

I have been a licensed agent in the state of Florida since 1984. In 2006 I got my broker's license which gave me more training and education. I have also held a Florida mortgage broker's license and I worked in the mortgage industry for 8 years. For the first 13 years of my real estate career I sold new construction and I am well versed in all aspects of the building process from the drawing of plans to completion. I went into general real estate in 1998. I first ran a branch office for my parent’s company and then went to Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate for 11 years. During that time I was certified as a relocation specialist, I worked with first time homebuyers and then became a volume REO listing agent for Freddie Mac, which had our team carrying 200 assets at time. I also have experience with the foreign national buyer as well as seasoned investors. My experience also includes assisting investors with the purchase of properties that they renovate and then resale at a profit. I also provided the service to manage the renovation process for some. In May of 2017, I opened Kim James Real Estate Group in the Jacksonville area as the broker/owner. I expanded back into the Central Florida area and have a small team of agents that work with me. In addition to this, I did property management in Jacksonville and managed a portfolio of 80 properties. Excellent realtor

From the moment I spoke with her, I knew she would be great to work with. Her professionalism and knowledge of the area was first class. She went above and beyond. Being out of state and selling a property can be cumbersome however Kimberly was a tremendous help. Highly recommend using her!!

Excellent selling experience with Kimberly James

Kimberly was a true and dedicated professional through and through. She kept us continuously informed and updated, and answered all and any questions. She was available well outside of normal working hours, which was particularly helpful given we live out of FL and I have unusual working hours. I would recommend her to anyone. Thank you so much!!!

A highly recommended real estate agent

A highly recommended real estate agent, She is there from the very beginning to the very end. There are so many things that you just don’t understand or look for when you’re buying a home ,and if you want somebody that’s there for you 100% And to make this stressful time a more pleasant one, and to make your whole homebuying experience a pleasant and enjoyable time ,the whole process went very smoothly. Miss James was there taking care of any situation before it even became a problem. My husband and I would highly recommend Kimberly James to anyone looking for a knowledgeable agent on all aspects of real estate you would not have to look any further. And Kimberly, on behalf of my husband and myself I want to thank you for everything that you did through this whole buying a home process.
