We drove all over town and looked at many many homes until she found me my perfect place. I was a first time home buyer and honestly did not have a clue what to do, but Mary Alice made the entire process seamless. I met Shannon through a referral from my gay coworker Matt. He is the sassiest bit** I have ever met. Just never happy with anything. But he was absolutely thrilled with Shannon when he bought his house so I figured she had to be good. She was patient and responsive. It is a little more challenging than you would think. At first you scroll through listings just blasting off text messages of houses that you like but you can’t realistically look at every house. She helped me figure out and list the things that I wanted in my first home. That in turn, helped me narrow the search and find the house I wanted. So I highly recommend Shannon.
