Gladys Pelegrin is one of the most professional and caring realtors I have ever experienced working with. One of her strongest qualities is negotiations whether she realizes it or not. She's got this personality that you automatically connect with and you feel like you have known her for decades. Her biggest thing is making sure both parties are happy with the transaction. It definitely makes for a less stressful closing. ;) Gladys also gave me pointers on the sale of my prior home, and she helped me purchase my new home. She's been in the business for a while and she is a wealth of knowledge. I cannot thank her enough for all her hard work and dedication. She kept in constant contact with me, the seller's agent, my lender, and the title office. I didn't have to lift a finger - she was all over it. I love my new home! Thank you Gladys!

Teresa Murray and her team are awesome!!!

Teresa told me that she was confident that she could sell our home, even in the slowed down market. I must say I was amazed at her confidence, but guess what, she did it!!!!! The first weekend the teams marketing and finesse brought the right buyers and the offer was better than expected! I highly recommend the Cindy Gavin team, and particularly Teresa Murray.
