He was patient, educated me on the process at every milestone and was proactive at every juncture -- where my inexperience could especially use his expertise. I feel like it’s a rarity in today’s society to receive superb customer service but Renee proved that there are still people out there that stand on that principle. She did everything that she said she would do and never once had a lapse in communication. We’re still in awe of how outstanding she was.
