I followed his lead and when all was said and done, I got my home below it's appraised value. I purposely waited several months to post this review, not because I didn't trust Tim, but rather because I needed to get to know my community and the market better before being able to offer a meaningful review. What I have learned in this time is that Tim's name is very well-known throughout Filmore County. His signs can be spotted pretty much everywhere and when people ask me who I worked with while purchasing my home, everyone's reaction has been favorable when I say the name Tim Danielson. Tami is great, really friendly, and has a VERY high work ethic. Our house would NOT have sold without her. She did an amazing job and was always on the ball.
