Michael is a very experienced industry veteran, but had no problem breaking down all of the nuances of the homebuying process for a first time buyer like myself. His advice across the board from initial screening of houses, to making an offer, and sticking with us through the closing process was nothing short of world-class.

David Ayres is extremely professional and trustworthy. I was in a tough bind and needed to find a place to rent rather quickly. David helped me find the right fit in only a couple of weeks! He is very patient and extremely knowledgeable. I would highly recommend him!

I can’t speak highly enough of my experience with Michael Manzino! He was absolutely wonderful! I was a first-time home buyer with very little knowledge about how to find the right place. I had no idea what I was doing or where to even begin, but Michael was always kind and patient and made the process as smooth as possible. He is honest and hands-on (he even went into creepy attics) and he really helped to take the pressure off of me. He explained everything to me in a way that I could understand and was always there for my late night texts and early morning emails and endless questions. He worked as hard as I did to find me the perfect home! Michael went above and beyond and I’m so grateful that he was my realtor and that I had the opportunity to work with someone as great as him! I can honestly say my expectations were surpassed and I would highly recommend Michael to anyone buying a home.

We bought and sold the same house with Meiling, she is always care for her clients, working exceptionally hard.
