She then helped him find a new house – exactly what he was looking for – 100 miles away! Meghan has helped our family buy and sell 2 homes now. She helped us smoothly navigate so many of the "little things" that can slow down the process & drive you nuts – from updating smoke detector placement for quick fire department inspection, to taking advantage of energy saving HVAC tax credits. I cannot recommend her highly enough!!!

My experience with Annie was everything I could have wanted in a Real Estate Agent. Professional, honest, so very personable, and above all else, loyal and trustworthy. It is almost impossible these days to expect "super-service" from most professionals. Annie was and is the exception. Having to deal with not only the death of a loved one but also handle a large and complicated estate was daunting and overwhelming. Annie took us through the process smoothly and honestly.
