Mary Thomas is a very good communicator and she does what is needed to get the job done. We were out of town seller. Mary supervised contractors kept a close eye on the property and never gave up on a property that wasn't an easy sell. I highly recommend Mary, we appreciated the way she provided us with updates on the market and the viewings. If I were selling another property she would be the first person I would call.

There were some glitches along the way. Some were unavoidable and some weren’t. The sale took longer than I expected and I was hoping for a slightly higher sale price, but in the end everything worked out and they made the closing very easy and quick. Tom was easy to work with.
