I knew Darya would be my real state agent four years before she did! I had just moved to EDH and walked into a neighbor’s open house which she was hosting. I told her I was new in the neighborhood and she was so kind to share some of her resources with me. She was so personable and friendly and unlike some other real state agents I had met in the area, she did not try to turn our interaction into a business transaction. I was super impressed by her kindness and four years later when we decided to sell our house, she was the first person that crossed my mind. I had lost her card and information but was able to look it up and connected with her. From the very beginning until the very end, I did not have one bad interaction with her or anyone from her team. She was extremely professional, incredibly knowledgeable about the market and how to maximize our profits. She always had our best interest at heart, even if at times it would mean she would have to work harder and she’s definitely a hard worker! Communication was excellent. She was always punctual and replied promptly to all our calls, texts and emails. She was also pretty chill and made the whole experience the least stressful as possible for us and our family. I would 100% recommend Darya and her team to everyone I know. Both my husband and I were very impressed, trusted her completely and had the best experience we could have asked for selling our house.
