Cheri doesn’t just list your property and wait for people to call her. Cheri is proactive: she reaches out to other realtors who may have interested clients and also others in her network. She also assisted and lined up anything needed to close. Cheri will fairly earn 100% of her commission (and more)! It’s sometimes hard to see value in real estate commissions, but not with Cheri.
