Our home was listed on a realtor site of homes becoming available, it never hit the market, we had 2 different showings and it was sold. He was able to get everything taken care of behind the scenes which required very little effort on our part. He met with us for signings explaining each document as we went along. He came to the closing as support in case we had any other questions. I highly recommend Canard and his entire team, we had an awesome experience. We're extremely happy with their guidance from day one on what we needed to do to prepare our home for sale, all of the follow up on our progress and how quickly it sold. The agency came highly recommended to me from my best friend who had the same experience selling her home quickly. She had her home listed For 6 months with a national name home seller and never received a bite, barely had any showings, very little communication. Jason has found me several rehab gems where I can add value after purchase in order to do a cash out re-fi and leave little in the property all the while having meaningful cashflow. 12706 Lanier is another one where we can update the wood paneling and flooring as well as create an extra bedroom so that the new appraisal hits an excellent ARV. I am an out of state investor and Jason is my guy to handle Jacksonville which still has numerous opportunities!
