Susan is an excellent real estate agent. She is very knowledgeable and knows what she is doing. The sale of our house was quick and stressless due to the effort she put on it. She took amazing pictures of our house and was very detailed about the things that needed to be done before the sale. She gets your house ready in a very short period of time. I am completely satisfied with her service.

I highly reecommend Craig Sebert. I have used 4 realtors before and they were average and mostly below average. Craig is above average. He enjoys his job, so he does it well. Craig is very professional in dress as well as in demeanor. I loved that he was so responsive to my emails and texts. He worked with me and kept me included throughout the process, even after the quick sale of our home. He was caring and concerned and incredibly helpful from the negotiation, inspection point work to be done to getting us out of the house. It was a wonderful experience working with Craig. I would use Craig over and over again and refer him to my good friends.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Raquel did a great job in every way. She worked with us to review the market data and set the listing price. She produced a terrific video that really showed the homes best features. She aggressively marketed the property on the private market. We sold our house above list after less than a week on the private market and one day on MLS. She is a joy to work with, is very knowledgeable about all details of the negotiation and will get the job done.

Justin was amazing. He knew the area inside and out, found us houses that fit within not only our preferences but our budget, and was willing to meet us nights and weekends since we commute to work. He calls and texts back fast and is honest in his assessments. We will be recommending Justin forever and definitely will use his expertise again if we stay in the area.
