I am not sure that I can properly describe how awesome it has been to work with Scott these last couple years. Scott manages our rental properties and we couldn't be happier. It is a good thing that I took Scott's advice and put in a good, solid offer or we wouldn't have gotten it. Scott warned us that the market is becoming more and more competitive. At the closing table, we found out that several offers came in on the house around the same amount, but that ours was only slightly better. Scott was spot on.
