If we sent Keith questions, within the hour we either had a response or a direct call to address the question. We worked with Keith for almost 6 months before coming across our ideal home. And when we found our ideal home, Keith walked us through every step of the process, including dealing directly with our mortgage lender to provide the necessary information they needed to finalize and approve our mortgage application. If we had to do this all over again, Keith is the only realtor we would work with.
