Rachel helped us in the past to sell our house in 2020 and we really liked her professionalism and her seriousness. That's why we decided to ask her help with finding our dream house with a pool during a very tense real estate market period of time with almost no inventory and cut throat offers contest. Rachel has always been committed and available for our entire journey towards the purchase of "the" house we really wanted. We have faced together the hurdles, she had great ideas and advices to help us amond the real estate bid war! She has protected our interest all the time and walked us to every steps until the closing. We finally made it together and now we are glad to have her as a friend, almost part of the family! Thank you very much Rachel!

Heather worked with me remotely by visiting and videoing properties and made allot of suggestions on locations. One I was here she met me and made all the appointments needed to look at the houses we were focused on. Heather also asked the right questions once we made an offer and ensured the terms were right for me. I highly recommend Heather if you are looking for your next house.
