When we decided to move to Marietta, we knew we wanted to work with an experienced agent familiar with the area in order to have our best shot at buying & selling in this crazy seller’s market. We had no idea where to begin, but after doing some online research, I felt like Team Lee would be a good match for us. I was right…it was the first and only place I called. Jonathan & Joy first helped us through the buying process for our new house. Their expertise in making a competitive offer resulted in our offer being accepted & the whole process (from contract date to closing date) went quickly & smoothly. We also decided to use Team Lee for the sale of our old house. Jonathan made sure our home made a great first impression…from the staging advice, to the “fancy” for sale sign out front, to the amazing professional photos, to the 3D walk through. 3 days after our home listed, we had 19 offers, up to $40k over asking price! Again the whole process went smoothly & we closed just 16 days later!

Phillip is awesome! We have bought two houses with him, and we have sold one house with him. I highly recommend him! He is very knowledgeable and helpful during this process. Each transaction has gone as smooth as possible!
