Jennifer is a very professional and courteous agent. She understands her clients needs and expectations. There is a lot that goes into selling a home and for most it can be difficult and stressful. She is extremely knowledgeable in her field, knows how to put you at ease and point you in the right direction from start to finish. She certainly made the sale of our home a breeze. We also had the pleasure of working with Jennifer for the purchase of our new home and we couldn’t be happier. It is exactly what we had dreamed our future home to be. The process of selling and buying at the same time definitely has to be a well calculated and orchestrated. Jennifer provided all the necessary information and tools we needed to make it all run smoothly. I would beyond a shadow of doubt recommend her if you are selling or buying.

Last four houses that I have sold had all been FSBO as discussions with agents only seemed indicate that they relid on listing in MLS but very little else. None f the agents stood out. Only difference was their business card. Did not feel that only being listed in MLS was worth 6%. Christina has changed my mind. I chose Christina as I was an out-of-town seller and needed help with getting everything ready for the sales process Christina provided invaluable help and time coordinating all of the specialty subcontractors coming in to prepare the house for going on the market. If it required extra work Christina handled it. If there was no one to do it Christina did it. Her expertise regarding the value of the different items/issues was invaluable. If there was a possibility to give more than 5 stars I would. Having Christina on your team gives you a huge advantage for a successful transaction.

This review is long overdue and more than deserved. Cristy and her amazing team not only sold our home, but prepped us, walked us through every single step and even went out of their way to help us prepare the home itself. She was always available and offered us the most understanding, most welcoming and most competent atmosphere we could’ve possibly asked for in an agent. Cannot recommend her highly enough.
