Last four houses that I have sold had all been FSBO as discussions with agents only seemed indicate that they relid on listing in MLS but very little else. None f the agents stood out. Only difference was their business card. Did not feel that only being listed in MLS was worth 6%. Christina has changed my mind. I chose Christina as I was an out-of-town seller and needed help with getting everything ready for the sales process Christina provided invaluable help and time coordinating all of the specialty subcontractors coming in to prepare the house for going on the market. If it required extra work Christina handled it. If there was no one to do it Christina did it. Her expertise regarding the value of the different items/issues was invaluable. If there was a possibility to give more than 5 stars I would. Having Christina on your team gives you a huge advantage for a successful transaction.

I can’t say enough good things about my amazing realtor Jennifer Shoemaker. I was really frustrated with my previous listing experience with another realtor and felt like I was not being heard and no effort or direction was being put into my home and getting and it sold. I met Jennifer and she really listened to what I needed and was incredibly confident and supportive every step of the way. During our first call, she mentioned she doesn’t usually stage homes, and I told her I felt strongly that this one needed it. Without hesitation, she made it happen…found the perfect stager and got the ball rolling right away. When I pulled up to the house and saw her laying down mulch in the front yard herself, I knew she was just as invested as I was. She also had her family helping out with things around the house. My house was back on the market for just 4 DAYS before we had an offer. Jennifer doesn’t miss a detail, and I’m so grateful for how she showed up and followed through from start to finish. If you need a realtor, know that all aren’t created equal and then give Jennifer a call.

Jennifer is a very professional and courteous agent. She understands her clients needs and expectations. There is a lot that goes into selling a home and for most it can be difficult and stressful. She is extremely knowledgeable in her field, knows how to put you at ease and point you in the right direction from start to finish. She certainly made the sale of our home a breeze. We also had the pleasure of working with Jennifer for the purchase of our new home and we couldn’t be happier. It is exactly what we had dreamed our future home to be. The process of selling and buying at the same time definitely has to be a well calculated and orchestrated.
