We worked with Lala for more than six months, and throughout that time we explored many properties together. Although none of the initial options fully met our expectations, Lala remained patient, committed, and supportive every step of the way. As first-time homebuyers with no prior experience in the U.S. market, we truly valued how she guided us through the entire process with care and attention to detail. What stood out most about Lala is her dedication to ensuring her clients make informed decisions. She takes the time to explain each step clearly, highlights potential risks, and always keeps the client’s best interest at the forefront. She once said that she approaches every purchase as if she were buying the home for herself—and that level of ownership and integrity was evident throughout our experience. Another key strength is her ability to tailor a strategy based on the client’s needs and financial situation, ultimately helping identify the right opportunity and successfully secure a home. Her experience, judgment, and professionalism gave us confidence at every stage. We are very grateful to have worked with Lala and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a dedicated and trustworthy real estate agent.

Ralph was very helpful in reviewing the purchase agreement and in making suggestions for addendum. He was accessible and responsive. He was very open to answering any questions and consulting us accordingly.

Phil Sturm has been my real estate agent for many years. He’s helped me to both buy a house and to sell a house. Both times he’s helped me to get the best price when buying and also when selling. He’s been in the business a long time and he’s incredibly knowledgeable especially about my neighborhood in the Silver Spring area. I just recently sold my house and he was amazing with: landscaping, upgrades and renovations, and staging. I’m indebted to him for not only selling the house quickly but also getting a price above asking. I’d highly recommend him.
