Josh exceeded my expectations in every way possible, and I truly do not believe anyone could have put together the string of deals that he accomplished for us. He sold my first Arlington condo when I initially wanted to buy a home in Del Ray, and after handling both of those transactions so well, I knew exactly who to call when it came time to sell again.
