Sorry Melanie wrong Darrell.

We could not have been happier with Michael as our agent. From the moment he came to tour our home to the day that it closed, he was with us every step of the way. He was trustworthy, honest, smart, and fair. For example, we had an artistic element in our apartment, but before we conducted an extensive modification to amend it, he brought in two independent agents, both of whom told us to keep the element, saving us thousands in fix-up costs. Through his multiple marketing efforts, there was high demand in our place as soon as it hit the market and it was under contract in less than a week. Further, he was able to negotiate a price and terms that were very favorable to us. We loved working with Michael and would recommend him in a heartbeat.
