Courtland went above and beyond to ensure that the property sold for the best price. He and his team were able to sell my house while I was on the other side of the country. He handled renovations as well as staging all without me having to lift a finger. 10/10 I highly recommend.

Pennye Green & Nadia Aminov, They were fantastic! They were the best team that I have ever worked with. They were smart, persistent, prepared, knowledgeable, experienced, responsive and committed to doing excellent work. Their advice was perfect - taking into account my unique circumstances and goals. They understood my local market perfectly and advised me on how to achieve my goals in the current market in the most efficient way possible. It was clear to me that it was important for Pennye and Nadia to do a good job. This meant a lot to me because I knew I was not their only client and certainly not their biggest client - but I never felt like it. I had their complete attention and focus and they had my trust! I will be selling and buying another home soon. I am eager to work with them again. I can’t recommend them highly enough.
