When looking for a home Nicolas is really patient with you. Nicolas will take the time to walk and talk to you about the property and even make you feel like a friend while doing so. When he helped us find a home he worked nonstop to make it happen. As a first time home owner I had no idea of the steps and amount of work need but I didn't have to stress out to much because Nicolas has a famous phrase for me now. Nicolas famous phrase is "I have a 0erson who can help with that" those words alone made the whole process easier and helped settle our minds when thinking how can we do this. Nicolas is amazing and any person would be happy to get him next.

Nicholas was thoughtful, considerate, and thorough from the beginning of our home search. He was always flexible, willing to accommodate our schedule and needs. He went above and beyond to ensure that we could see the homes we were interested in. He was very knowledgeable and well-connected, often-times leveraging existing relationships with selling agents to provide helpful information. Nicholas allowed us to take our time with the process and did not pressure us to buy a house we weren't sure about. When we did find a home we loved, he made sure we were able to offer a competitive advantage...and ended up securing the home of our dreams! We highly recommend working with Nicholas.

Nicholas was an excellent communicator and was available through text, call, and email. He was always quick to respond. He was able to help us navigate a market that was unfamiliar to us and answer the many questions we had. He was very professional and we appreciate everything he did to help us buy our first home!
