My husband and I interviewed four prospective agents before choosing Justin to represent us in selling our house. After the interviews were over Justin was our first choice by far. I concur with ALL the other 5-star reviews here.  Justin was like a Knight in shining armor, riding in, to take away much of the stress and concerns related to selling our property.  He made everything seem so easy and made me feel very calm about the daunting prospect of selling our home of 25 years. Unlike like what other realtors had suggested, Justin recommended that we not move out and spend thousands on repairs, painting, and staging our home. We took Justin’s advice and let his decorator tell us how best to stage our house using our existing furniture.  Our home looked great in time for the open house, and it sold the same weekend and at well above the asking price! I highly recommend Justin!  He is a wonderful realtor and certainly stands out from the others we met.

We were fortunate enough to have George as our agent when we bought our house 19 years ago, and again when we sold it this month! To just say that George is the "best of the best" would not do him justice. Using his vast knowledge of the market, George has that uncanny ability to keep things siimple, anticipate questions, set clear expectations, and communicate, communicate, communicate. He guided us through every step of the process and worked through "what-if" scenarios, which really helped lower our anxiety, especially in this current market. Oh by the way, he is one of the nicest guys you will ever have the pleasure of knowing. To him, it's personal, and every client is family. I would recommend any and all clients work with George Olson. You will be happy you made that choice.
