I took a free class for first time homeowners about 3 years before buying my house. She was so helpful in that course that I had to reach out when I was finally ready to buy. I bought it right before the COVID-19 pandemic started, literally about a month before the first case was reported. So the market was hot but not as hot as it is now. None the less, it was hard to find something that fit our criteria and something that wasn't taken off the market before it event hit. So when we went in with our offer she made she it was desirable to the buyer but protected us and was within our budget. She's been doing this a long time and I'm so happy she was my buying agent, I honestly don't know if we would have gotten our house otherwise.
