Akrum was great to work with for the sale of our home in NE DC. He had a great approach to how to market the home, has a great team of folks to help with the various steps in the home preparation process (the staging consultant was particularly helpful), and was a calming force during what can be an annoyingly turbulent process. On top of all that he quickly got us an offer on the home that was fair and easy that fit in with our timeline and budget for the whole process.
