Kevin was awesome! As a first time buyer I was not very knowledgeable about the home buying process. In fact my knowledge base was pretty limited to home buying shows on popular cable TV networks. Kevin was there every step of the way to keep me abreast of next steps and to answer any questions that I had. We had one small hiccup (miscommunication) but you better believe Kevin rectified the situation immediately. I will definitely be working with Kevin when purchasing any homes moving forward! Was not disappointed!

I have been buying and selling real estate for most of my life. There are those that you hire that just do their job and those that go above and beyond. Carolyn is one of those people. Carolyn was referred to me by an acquaintance in Chicago. She is pleasant, knowledgeable, and sharp. She knows her stuff. I sold a four flat with her in Humboldt Park with Carolyn as the listing agent. She assessed the building and ask me to wait a couple months so that I could demonstrate higher rents. She told me that my units were underpriced by a couple hundred dollars and she was right. When lease renewal came we realized over $1100 more in revenue for the building and sold a hair under asking. Carolyn also coordinated painters, concrete vendors and cleaning people. Because I spend a good deal of time of town she let workers in to the property and made sure that things were done in the right way. This was priceless. Carolyn offered to do all of this for me. I have left deals and thought that agent was over-paid. Carolyn is worth every penny! Will only use her from now on.

Marty patiently guided me through two different home inspections, making a stressful process actually seem fun. Once I was under contract, Sam made sure every piece went through smoothly to closing. She was incredibly responsive during a very tight turnaround between going under contract and closing. You don't build such a great business without being the best, but needless to say, Sue's experience shown through when we needed to make a few very difficult decisions. I couldn't be more grateful for the work this group put into helping me find the perfect place. I highly recommend them.
