Mr. Shahab Nasrin was my smart, patient, intelligent, and down to earth professional realtor for selling my house. He went through all of the offers on the house very thoughtfully and carefully and used his wisdom and experience to give me beneficial advice and suggestions. Shahab was terrific throughout the process and went above and beyond to help me with referrals to contractors and their repair work. Shahab has a degree in engineering, so he knew about construction and house repair at a professional level and he was very attentive and careful about the house and the repairs. He is one of the most responsive people I have ever met. Every phone call was returned immediately, every question was answered correctly. He was always there for me. In any future decision I might make about buying or selling any property, Shahab is the one that I will call. Thank you a world Shahab for taking away all my anxiety and stress over selling my house and making it smooth and easy. You made a difference. I can wholeheartedly and enthusiastically recommend him to anyone looking to sell or purchase a home.

We worked with James to sell our house in Vienna, VA and couldn’t be more satisfied with our experience working with him. He has a wealth of experience and was able to work with us to develop a strategy that he then implemented flawlessly. We ended up with several bids above our asking price and with James’ expert counsel, we were able to choose the best bid and close the deal quickly and without complication. This was especially important to us because we were in the middle of moving overseas and wanted to keep things simple. James listened to our specific needs, advised us on a recommended approach, and followed through, being responsive and keeping us up to date on the process as things developed. Based on our positive experience, we would strongly recommend James to anyone.
