It was a fairly unusual sale, involving the seller’s personal situation, but Melissa handled everything with such grace. She was always considerate of everyone’s needs. Since we were relocating from several hundred miles away, she took on the extra legwork without hesitation, was present at every scheduled meeting with various inspectors and service providers, punctually returned every call, and answered our every, often silly, questions.
