Simply the best!

Throughout our buying experience, Melissa proved time and again what an experienced agent should provide. It was a fairly unusual sale, involving the seller’s personal situation, but Melissa handled everything with such grace. She was always considerate of everyone’s needs. Since we were relocating from several hundred miles away, she took on the extra legwork without hesitation, was present at every scheduled meeting with various inspectors and service providers, punctually returned every call, and answered our every, often silly, questions. She arranged for remote closing, and even arranged for us to pick up our keys locally, saving us the extra mileage to get them. In all, we can’t express how much her services, and resulting friendship, has meant! Kudos to you, Melissa Orr!
