Jennifer Durrett does her homework! We thought we would get a certain amount for our home in Trophy Club. After Jennifer reviewed homes that just sold in our area, she proposed a lot more money than we ever thought we would get. She brought someone in to help us declutter and make our home a showcase. She also took all this on at the beginning of the pandemic. We were nervous about people coming into our home where we take care of my husband’s 80 year old mother. She found and bought hand sanitizer so it could be used during and after viewings. She pushed for viewings which eventually sold our home!
