My spouse and I recently purchased a home with April. She was amazing to work with and we highly recommend her! She goes above and beyond throughout the entire home-buying process, from viewing homes all the way through closing. Before we met April, we were trying to navigate the home buying process on our own by going to open houses and using some of the newer apps to allow us to view homes. When it came down to the actual purchasing of a home, however, we decided that we wanted to have a local real estate agent on our side as nothing beats having someone on your side who can help guide you through the process. We met April at an open house and it became apparent that we wanted her to represent us because she seemed like the type of person that could get things done. She was incredibly helpful throughout the process and was also very responsive. There was never any delay in being able to get a hold of her through text, email, or by phone call and she was always early to every appointment we had. She was always happy to help and we never felt like we were bothering her with all of our first-time home-buyer questions! She was very knowledgeable about all of the different cities we were considering in the DFW area. She also worked very hard to help us close on the house quickly! Overall, April is great about ensuring that her clients are educated throughout the entire process.
