Julie Allport was our agent in the sale of our Pike Creek Townhouse. Her expertise and knowledge were invaluable in getting us a much higher price than we anticipated and selling our house on a tight schedule. It would have been a much more stressful experience without her guidance. She was there with us every step of the way, running up and down the stairs helping us stage the house and providing input when asked. She was very artful in providing input when necessary/helpful but never overstepping and making it apparent that she'd respect whatever decision we came to. Could not recommend her as an agent more.

Kelly is the best of the best. Great communication skills in terms of follow ups, recommendations on home improvements , and negotiations with the sale of my home. Kelly was proactive with an open house, gave multiple contacts for repairs/ cleaners (with a great price), and had the home listed sooner than I thought was even possible. Not only was she able to sell my home sooner than I thought, but at a higher price than I thought. I can’t thank her enough for the amazing work she has done. Highly recommend!
