Real estate teams in Claymont

Nicole did an outstanding job marketing an older home with charm. It was not a traditional home to market in my opinion. Her expertise was obvious and incredibly necessary. I’d recommend her to anyone and can’t thank her enough for an outstanding job that began early with recommendations and countless referrals to get it ready and prepared to be on the market. She should be commended. We also had her as a buyer agent 4 years ago.

Agent,Realtor was very down to earth! Made my first time buying a home experience fun!!

She was the best agent I can ask for thank you Nicole Flora

Jeff was awesome and extremely helpful every step of the way. Great experience with him and with Patterson Schwartz.

Jeff was awesome! Super helpful and always easy to contact. Highly recommend to anyone looking to buy, especially first time buyers. Thanks, Jeff!

Courtney was absolutely a delight to work with! I will always recommend the Centrella Group!

Debbie Pippin was our agent and our house was sold after 2 days. Debbie kept us informed and was available for any questions. There was a hiccup with settlement due to the another party not following instructions but Debbie gave us all our options and saw this sale through to the end. I would definitely recommend Debbie to anyone interested in selling a property.
