I found out about your agency and Samantha through a dear friend, Jen, who also made the move to Delaware five years ago. Her friend, Albert recommended I work with Samantha and I am so thankful for his sound advice. Samantha has been awesome and so patient with me in coordinating phone calls, completing paperwork, arranging home viewings both virtuallly and in person because I reside in Hyattsville, MD and will permanently move in February. However at this time I go back and forty between both places. When I began looking at homes, I had no real idea as to what my budget would handle and Samantha showed me different home options. More importantly, she gave me the opportunity to reflect, think and revise my options in home choice and budget without judgement. She gave me the time and healthy space to explore, evolve my vision for my dream home. I never imagined that I would find THE one, as I really did not know what it was until I it hit me and I know I had to have it. We had to work with the seller on a few matters as his situation was unique as he had family representing his interest due to illness. Samantha looked out for my interest and we kept in constant communication through the entire process. Moreover, my interaction and communication with Samantha, Rene, my loan officer and, L. EChevarria, my attorney has been so awesome and rewarding, I will continue to communicate everyone as I getting settled into my new home and community. ??
