What can I say? The house sold in one day for more than asking. Jen is very personable and fun to work with. The timing on the closing allowed us to close on the old house and then the new home we built several days later. My partner is going to list her home with Jen when the time comes. A great experience and believe me I've bought and sold 14 home in my life and this was by far one of the best experiences.
