I love Tineshia and her work. She is a wonderful Real Estate Agent. I met her before the pandemic started and I had a very difficult renter living in my property. Tineshia was always professional, she gave her professional opinion in a very kind way, and she never let anything ruffle the feathers of our working relationship; when it came to selling my house in Baltimore, MD. She is a licensed agent in several states and the Nation Capital; so I do not have to keep looking for an agent to sell me my next anything and that is another thing that I like about Tineshia.

I highly recommend Kim. It sounds cliche, but she gets the job done and it gets done very well!

Tony is extremely knowledgeable about the home and it’s history not to mention the area we bought. He helped us navigate through an auction which we had no knowledge of. Time had many suggestions about renovations that would make our home more valuable. He was there for us through every step.
