Just when I thought Nancy couldn't do a better job, she came through again! Not only did Nancy handle the sale of my house flawlessly, she made the purchase of my new home a smooth transaction. Nancy was able to help me find the perfect home. The neighborhood and neighbors are great. The community is awesome, everything my wife was looking for. The house itself, is very welcoming. My wife and I could see ourselves living there almost immediately. Moving day and the day before settlement, we had a blizzard, 2 feet+ of heavy, wet snow. While I was in a panic, Nancy kept me grounded with her calm voice of reason. I can hear that voice every day telling me to be positive. I couldn't have gotten through it without her. Everything went well. Just as she said it would. Whether buying or selling a home or property I would highly recommend Nancy DellaVecchio. I would never use another realtor.

I call into question how much Krystal knew about the house I was buying. Once moved in I have had to replace multiple appliances, noted holes in the screen windows, termite treatment, and odd electrics. Maybe this is par for the course in RHB but I am not used to having to replace an entire HVAC system, washer and dryer, and hot water heater within 3 months of living here. While I was enamored by the house and told Krystal so, I did not notice the hidden expenses and depended on her to interpret the Home Inspection and notice what was not working up to par. I have spent almost 20K on replacements since June 19th, when I moved in. I have NO complaints about Krystal other than feeling like I had been bamboozled by the sellers.

Sarah helped us find a home last year AND sell a home this year , so we can vouch for her expertise either way. You don't do business twice with the same agent unless there's a good reason.
