We worked together for over a year, and Meghan was incredibly patient, proactive, and helpful every step of the way. She helped us stay positive that we’d eventually find what we were looking for, and when we did, she did everything in her power to make sure we put in a great offer and got our dream home! She also helped us sell our previous home, which could have been very challenging as we put it on the market when we had just come home with a newborn. She did an amazing job and not only helping us sell our house quickly, but also surpassed all expectations of what we’d sell it for. As first time sellers, we expected it to be a challenging process and it couldn’t have been easier. Brooks was always available whenever my wife and I had any questions but best of all he made himself available to show us every home we wanted to view and when we wanted to view it . He had a great feel for exactly what we wanted and never once tried to push us in a different direction . Brooks made sure we found a home that met our needs and he went above and beyond to stop over the house and check on the progress of repairs that were in progress and always kept us informed ! I would highly recommend Brooks and I promise if I ever do this again I would not even consider using someone else !
