She paid attention to details/wishes such as price, square footage, type of home, location of home. She knows her stuff. Covid interrupted my initial home search but as soon as I was ready post Covid she worked with me to find the perfect home. It took a while but I never felt pressured to buy. Crystal was outstanding at informing, updating and educating me on the changes in the real estate world - it’s been 24 years since I bought a new home. Plus, I was buying in a new state. I was looking for my forever home as a retired senior. I was ditching vertical living in a large townhome and down-sizing to a one level home at the shore - my final and forever home is how I viewed it. When I visited the house, it just felt like home.
