She got me my full asking price with no contingencies and assisted me in my move. I find her to be a forthright and honest professional who responded to my questions and concerns in a timely manner which is very important to me. In addition, Linda showed considerable patience with my tendency to ' drag my feet' when I became overwhelmed during the process. Downsizing was stressful for me and I appreciated Linda's understanding and help when I got 'stuck'. Overall, I find Linda to be an excellent realtor with a large dose of empathy for her clients. Although I found her by chance, I am very grateful that I she assisted me in my sale.
